It provides up to 40x amplification (at peak frequency versus analog mode), in-app sound wave visualization when used with the Eko app, active noise cancellation to help you auscultate with confidence and a host of other powerful features.

The outstanding acoustics of 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscopes can help you assess patients and make decisions confidently—even with hard-to-hear sounds such as gallop rhythms, murmurs, and rubs. Designed to provide excellent sound quality, these stethoscopes feature tunable diaphragm technology so you can hear low- and high-frequency sounds without repositioning or turning over the chestpiece. The dual-lumen tubing eliminates the rubbing noise of traditional double tubes and the adjustable headsets and snap-tight soft-sealing ear tips ensure an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit.
Take learning to a whole new level with the 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope. It connects to Eko software, allowing you to visualize heart sound waveforms in real time. Some features may require a subscription to the Eko+ app.

Take listening to a whole new level
The FDA-cleared 3M Littmann CORE Stethoscope toggles between analog and amplified listening modes so you can listen how you want to during assessments. Tunable diaphragm technology—a 3M invention—lets you hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Hold the chestpiece with light pressure on the patient to hear low frequency sounds; press a little more to hear higher frequency sounds. Soft-sealing ear tips conform to individual ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.
With an an Eko+ membership, you can save and annotate recordings, create a library of heart sounds to monitor disease progression, or securely share with a colleague. A complimentary trial period of Eko+ is included with every 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope purchase.
The 3M Littmann CORE Stethoscope can be used with Eko Artificial Intelligence to aid in the detection of murmurs.*
